Mtn Sucks

I am fairly disappointed with the service I am getting from my net work provider MTN . I bought in a 1 gigabyte data on the 28 September 2019 however today is the 30 September 2019 but the data was finished . I would like an explanation of how this data could have just been used in two days without doing any downloads.
