MTN sucks

I waited a hour on Friday at your branch in Vangate Mall then being told the pay Joy agent left. I went back on Saturday and after 35 minutes wait was told the system is off.Vangate Mall branch is the worst ever. We get mediocre service because we are in a coloured area and have to be happy with getting treated like garbage.....
