MTN Sucks

Worst service I have ever had from any service provider. I have called the service centre 10 times got told I need to go in store to get the phone unlocked. Been 2 times to the store twice, told me it would be done in 24-72 hours, still nothing. Called again, told another 24 hours. 1 week later called the MTN store i went to. Now they are saying there is nothing they can do. All I need is a phone that I had with MTN to be unblocked for all networks, and everything says it's easy, just get a code from them. But nobody at MTN seems to be able to help. I was with MTN for 20 years willl never use them again they just dont care
