MTN sucks

I have had the worst service ever from MTN call centers. I spent close to 2hrs being sent from one department to another all saying they do not deal with redeeming of vouchers. Was this voucher thing **** to get us to get on board with the contracts. One consultant even had the nerve to laugh at me. How do you train your consultants? Further I have not received any feedback from your emails.. Your service is very much disgusting. I went to one of the outlets still there was no assistance as they said they don't deal with online purchases.
