MTN SUCKS

Ten yrs of loyalty rewarded with insults. I was told by a consultant at MTN mall of Africa not to teach him his job that’s after he left me starting at counter 9 n walked around the shop assisting other customers who came after me. Wen I asked him wat does first come first serve mean he just burst out how it’s his job n he will do it as it pleases him I must not teach him his job. The worst was wen I called 135 to report the matter I got told an email will be sent to the store manager who will then give me a call guess wat maybe the mail is still walking from MTN head office to mall of Africa plus with this rain who knows
