MTN sucks

I have been with MTN my entire life and I convinced my boyfriend to get a contract out with them. Bad idea. They have been putting his phone off every single month, sometimes his phone would be off for a week, and we always make a payment by the first of every month and they still put his phone off, its been like this since the beginning of the year, every month we have to phone them and tell them payment has been made please reactivate the phone, we have been struggling with debt orders and we have finally sorted it out and mtn took almost double the amount they are supposed to take monthly. I dont understand what is going on with them, I am so disappointed with MTN how can they do this, they should get their act together.
