MTN SUCKS!

I am digusted by the treatment that we have received from MTN. My husband's phone was ****** two weeks ago, and we have been trying to do a sim swop for the past two weeks! First, we battled to get the device blacklisted, secondly your call centre was useless and failed to inform us that MTN no longer does sim swops over the phone.

After each failed attempt when people are trying to call my number, it is still on and functioning. At this point I am even thinking of leaving the MTN network because of this sloppiness and total disregard for a customer. We are scared that his number is being used for other activities that he could be blamed for should the number be traced at all.
