Mtn sucks

I'd love to know if people actually work at mtn because iv got a problem created by your 3rd party company called Rewards co aswell as your mtn employees... So in March of 2021 I was due for a upgrade I proceeded with the upgrade in April/may only to find out that in july rewards Co canceled my contract and mtn debited my account of 2 R29622 if I wanted a cash phone I wouldn't have upgraded, so BRIAN SEEMA from the cancelation department who completly canceled my upgradeo, iv spoken to brian after going through about 10 different people... So this will be going on for nearly a year iv got no further than where I was year ago after going to mtn shops calling in customer care waiting on people from the billing department to get hold of my the retentions department I mean it's a **** show people don't go with MTN South Africa when you have a problem no one helps, o and on the other hand my other number is Grey listed because of all this mess that mtn has done.. Can some who actually works here do something about this...!!!
