MTN sucks!!

Took out an MTN DATA Contract two years ago. Was told at the beginning that the contract will end on its own. MTN continues with contract after two years and charges me additional R1000 per month after contract expired because the discounts no longer applies and I did not inform them to cancel contract. Their helpdesk is useless. They failed to contact me as laid out in the Consumer Protection act.
