Mtn sucks

My husband's contract updated in October 2023. He did the samsung trade in option. To this day 16 March 2024, he still has not received the promised discount on is account. We emailed and phoned to try and sort it out. 27 February they emailed to inform it will reflect on the next account. Well we just received the invoice and still nothing.
