MTN sucks

I am due to upgrade.Last month Mtn advertised Black Friday deals, can not complete the deal, because Mtn instructed their offices to not complete a contract without stock. December they advertise in their monthly specials the Sky Bronze, S21 included free watch and earbutts. The local branch can not complete my contract, because they have the headset, but not the earphones and watch. Mtn head office instructions is if I take the deal in Dec, loose watch and earbutts, because they havent got stock. Now how in earth can you advertise countrywise a special, but can not give the specials, because there is no stock. No MTN, you can not do that. Ive already spoken to Mtn Head office, same story. They told me that they receive daily complaints about this situation that MTN advertise specials. Why cant I get my handset, and if MTN receives the stock, I can collect at a later date the earphones and watch.
