MTN sucks!!!

I have been trying to pay my MTN account via eft for the past 4 weeks, but the myaccount website keeps telling me that an error has occured and that I should call customer service. I called customer service and after waiting 19 minutes someone answered and when I asked what is going on she said the service has been suspended cause I didn't pay my bill and then cut me off. How am I suppose to pay my bill if I cant make an EFT? The website has been giving ERROR signs weeks before my phone has been cut off. This is the worst cell provider in South Africa.
