MTN SUCKS

do not waste your time calling the help desk, and definitely do not bother asking to speak to a manager/supervisor, you are only given ref and ticket numbers, no one bothers to return the calls , sending an email is even worst, you only get an automated reply, they will continue with this kind of service as there seems to be no accountability with the staff.

you guys at MTN ARE PATHETIC , and you dont even make an attempt to get better, boycotting MTN IS A SOLUTION
