MTN SUCKS

I have tried, unsuccessfully, to contact MTNs CUSTOMER CARE. RETENTIONS. THEIR LAWYERS AND FACEBOOK MESSENGER to no avail. They do not have the decency to come back to me. I have requested that they let me know who I should make their final demand payment of R1884 to. Sadly as yet they have not rep****. I do not know what to do next.
