MTN Sucks!!

I have now been holding on to speak to someone in MTN credit control for the last hour and 35 minutes... all I want to do is change my account from corporate to a consumer account, to allow me to take advantage of consumer offers for updates. The local (Plettenberg Bay ) retail store has been unfriendly, unhelpful and insist that they cannot help me...
