MTN sucks
Did a upgrade over the phone which included a power bank in the deal. delivery came, no power bank, phoned them and said, apparently I have to go collect it at any MTN store, went to the New Market store which said no its the wrong store (just didn't want to help) I have to go to a MTN direct store who said no thy cant give it to me the phone sales have to send it to me...... useless and always passing the buck.
Word of mouth, MTN. Google its meaning.
