MTN sucks

If. I had an option of rating MTN 0 I would, I got a contract with them June 2020, I have already paid my installment which was around 700, now when they registered the debt on my Transunion Profile, they put that the current balance is R78000 and installment is also R78000, my credit status is now a mess and I am in a process of buying a house, MTN you better fix this ASAP because I am going to all social network

I have already contacted Transunion and they said there is nothing they can do, MTN needs to rectify it.
