MTN SUCKS

I recently encountered such a frustrating experience. I recharged using cellphone banking on the 4th and the amount never reflected on my account. I didn’t not receive immediate help from calling as I was directed to either visit an MTN, which for me is in the next town or send an email, which still requires me to wait in order for my problem to be resolves.This caused me so much problems as I am a student and heavily re**** on this to meet my deadlines.
