Mtn sucks

I have been with Mtn for 18 years. Never once had an issue. Today i get a notification from my bank dat a new debit order was created and I was charged double for the month. I have a fixed account with mtn, i was never informed by mtn of any changes or new debit order. You call a mtn shop they tell you they can not help you have to call mtn call center. There you go round and round on menu's. No option to speak to an consultant. Frustration is not the word.
