MTN SUCKS

We took out a contract with Mtn for 2 years and after 2 years we tried to cancel the contract and they had an excuse for why we couldn't cancel the contract every time we went there or called.

Finally after about 2 years and a few month of having the contract, they allowed us to cancel the contract but the only way to do so is to call a number of Mtn and then they will call you back to cancel your contract, we called the number numerous times waiting for their call to come back. Eventually after few months we gave up in attempting to cancel the contract, and quit paying they account. On our last call we notified the call center person that we are going to stop payments if they don't call us back to cancel our contract, and yet again we never received a call from Mtn instead about 8 months later we got a call from debt collectors working for Mtn, now they keep on calling us saying we are behind on payments and that we never cancelled our contract so we can't just stop paying.

We are at the point of getting legal advice.
