MTN SUCKS!
MTN Sales is a disgrace. I cannot take out a new contract at the store as I am told to contact the Sales dpt. I call, but cannot get through to anyone... I've submitted 3 applications for the Black Friday Deal of 220GB for R499... I've been waiting since Monday for a call... Looks like I must take my business somewhere else.

03 Dec 2020, 10:56I called the Sales dpt & was told that Black Friday deals are only handled by the retentions dpt & was given a number to call - ***. I call this number & am told retentions only deal with Black Friday deals, so they transferred me to this "dpt" & spoke to Themba Mdluli (or something) who advised that the Sales dpt must assist & then drops the call... REALLY???
