Mtn sucks

I recently upgraded my contract. Instead of a phone, I asked for a router. Normally when I get a phone it will come with a Sim card so I assumed the same will be done with the router. It wasn't. I then called and I was told the data was loaded on the old Sim card I will have to buy an mtn Sim card, I didn't have a problem with that though I felt inconvenienced. The real issua now is that I cannot buy voice bundles because my limit has been set to zero. I have already spoken to Mpho, Luthando and another consultant and each of them tells me a different story. Now I have to wait for Monday to speak to credit management to sort out the limit. I am really frustrated as I prefer voice bundles compared to airtime. Can I please get assistance
