MTN sucks

I have been struggling since February this year to get information. My contract ended up in legal. There is no way of communicating with anybody in legal regards to my contract. Phone plus minus vice time at a time, and put you on hold for more than 20min at a time with no success, I have so many reference numbers it is unbelievable. Still no luck or any network. For all I know I have over paid my contract, reason being I pay every month. With no communication. MTN is the worst place to have a contract with.
