Do not take out insurance with MTN, rather ensure with your own insurance. Logged a claim 06.05.2022 and after numerous questions which they could easily just have included on the questionnaire / claim form, they finally finalise the claim capturing by 19.05. Nicely done, took you 12 days to gather stupid info.

Then calling the claim query number ***, the "robot person" just tells you what you already know. Wake up MTN, we are people, not just users.
