MTN sucks

I recently communicated with MTN customer service via their Facebook messenger platform as it was easier to get assistance. Calling MTN is a waste. The lady who was assisting me told me I have an arrears amount. I immediately paid the arrea amount and they continue my service. I then wanted to make a call the next day and I was then told my service has been suspended. Went back on messenger and a different consultant tells me I have an area amount which is even higher. I am assuming they did not get my EFT. I paid into the account details their own stuff provided me with. I have all the evidence. #MTN is *****
