MTN SUCKS!!!

Due to an employee passing away I had an arrear account which I paid 4 weeks ago. my service have been blocked and I could not upgrade - I now have been trying for two weeks to get re-connected without any luck. Been transferred from department to department with lots and lots of promises - over and over again - The so called MTN CHAMPIONS is nothing but people passing their time as they can really not help!!! After twenty years with MTN I am now porting my numbers - they do not care about that at all as I am just a number!!! Horrible - terrible and very frustrating!!!!!
