MTN SUCKS
Useless, I have done my Upgrade online its day two and still have not recieved my handset. I took a phone out on Vodacom for my mother and received the brand new handset the next day after applying online. The online application is there to make it easier than going into the store. If I had gone into the store I would of had the handset already truly pathetic customer service l.
