mtn sucks
Hello Peter i bought a phone on the 6th of February 2019 on the 15th the phone didn't wanna take my finger print nor the password. I took it in to the shop explaining to them whats happening even now i have not received my phone they are sending me from pillar to post. my business is struggling because i don't have a phone. Kathleen the manager said to me yesterday i must come today to get a new phone all of a sudden they haven't received a consent form so why did she lie to me

As per our telephonic conversation the replacement device has been approved. You advised that due to it taking 3 to 5 days for it to be replaced you would like to cancel the contract.
We are awaiting for the authorization number from the system, we are trying our best for you to get your device by next week.
