MTN Sucks
Atrocious Service. I have been struggling with an issue since 13/12/2018. Still no one can sort it out. Promises just not kept

I am talking to Mervyn Pillay who said he would sort it out for me. Please look on the system as to all my communications and numerous calls. This has been ongoing since 10 December 2018... I must have called at least 12 times with no joy. I spoke directly to 2 call centre supervisors/managers without any joy. Just unkept promises. One was Clinton Pillay from the Durban and call centre and the Nadia from the Jhb centre. Every time I call in again, I have to repeat the whole story from the beginning which is very annoying. I await Mervyn's reply or yours.
