MTN sucks

They gave my details to a company called Rewardsco, who called me and told me I have to upgrade otherwise my phone will be cut off. They then **** about the package offered and actually downgraded me at a higher monthly fee. When I discovered the lie, I canceled the upgrade. MTN then confirmed my cancellation of the upgrade, but has now billed me for the higher amount and inferior package
