MTN sucks!!!

I opened a new contract on the 6th of June and it now almost two months later. A 30GB free data is included when opening a new contract.

Now to review how pathetic and *********** MTN is. I have been calling weekly I have been to the store. I have moaned and shouted and logged many queries. 1- ********** 2736 Nonkululeko. Pathetic agent no help what so ever. 1- ********** 0026. 1- ********** 4496. I have sent emails to ********** To give proof of contract. No feedback. Another *********** MTN agent. I have never been shocked this much on the mental capacity of a person in my life. A grade 1 student has got more common sense than these agents Not able to grasp or remember more that 2 numbers at a time. Spelling her name. T for Take S for Sugar A for Apple K for Come.

When ask to speak to management they are either in a meeting or on lunch or not at office. How can a office be managed with no management. That is why it is going to way it is. No one is ever there.

Maybe less meetings and more action

I am sick and tired of hearing sorry or it will be escalated or i must wait another 48hours

I will not recommend MTN to anyone. They are alll equally pathetic and incompitent.
