MTN SUCKS
The worst service ever !!!! I took out an contract first week of February with mtn Canal walk...The lady named Nondi was very helpful to sell this contract to me ....it was the LAPTOP with modem ! Got home the modem was faulty...so now i have the laptop but cant use the internet whats the use! contacted them the next day and told them about it they said i must bring it to the store a guy named Terrence helped with the repair and booked it in...also said it will take 3 working days however it is 3 months now no one came back to me after a few calls to them a guy Conway assisted me to say he will arrange collection for me on the 26th of may....I went there the 26th a girl named Daniel November was not very help full and said the modem is not there I must just come another day .. I mean its time and money you guys are disgusted!!!! I called again today to asked can you deliver it to me they said No i must com in again.........
now am paying for something I cant use but you where eager to take on the contract
