MTN sucks

Hi have been using MTN for the past 15 years but their service sucks<br> I have been on prepaid, I decided to 2 contracts, I went to the shop to do the application and supp**** them with all the necessary docs, the application was declined and the constant didn't even bother to come back to me, I went back to the shop I was given so many reasons wich didn't make sense at all, I was told that I am under debt review, bad debt written-off, *****, debt counselling high number of inquiries, final liquidation, repossession and many many more, I was shocked and contacted Transunion and none of those things were there, the consultant then told me that he will re-submit the application because he also doesn't understand, then I was told that an account was opened using my name, that was in 2013, I supp**** all the docs to the lady at their legal department and she never came back to me ( Athi Cosanostra Gravel [ MTNSP - Innovation Centre ] ) everytime I ask her for a letter to show that the account opened under my name was ***** she reads my emails but never comes back to me. now I am being told without a letter from their head office they cant help me.
