MTN sucks

Customer service is very poor. I tried to cancel my contract for the past month, but no one seems to be picking up the phone, but when I tried another Route to upgrade my contract, all of a sudden the phone was quickly answered, when I told the agent my issue, he said it was not his department, and he transfered me to the same department where ai held on for half an hour, and all this just to cancel my contract. I went to the MTN store several times and they can't seem to help with contract cancelations, then they refer you back to the number that doesn't get answered. If anyone can help me to cancel my contract, please give advise....
