MTN sucks

I’ve been with MTN since 2005 and for the past 3 years mtn service has been horrible, our data and airtime is vanishing at an alarming rate it’s not even funny,last year November i asked when is my contract coming to an end and they said April,i asked how much it will cost to pay it off but keep getting my data till April and i was given an amount which i payed,last month my number was suspended because I haven’t payed my account since feb,when i called to tell them that i payed my account in November right through april i was asked to bring my proof of payment because they don’t see it on my system,now am forced to pay over R400 for something I already payed for
