MTN Sucks
Airtime continues to vanish after loading it and then they reward you with a WOW Bonus. Agents claim they can't pick anything from their useless system.<br> <br> Their attitude on the phone is pathetic as if they are doing you a favor.<br> <br> If they promise you a follow up after referring the matter to their so called technicians, no one ever revert to you about the issue.<br> <br> I will stop using my MTN number, I can't enrich a company that chows my airtime. Are they trying to get the fine money they must paid so quickly that they will use my airtime money?<br>

I have checked on my side , it shows that the airtime is used on internet if you it's not used on calls and sometimes it is transfered to another phone. If the airtime disappears kindly contact 173 on that day or the next day so that we can check on that specific date and advise.
