MTN Sucks
I have been billed over R600 for PSD that's shows 0bytes usage. I want my money back, why does it seem like MTN is trying to recover the revenue lost during the strike through day light *******.. Please send me the details of every call that I presumably made using data. I am really tired of complaining, I think it is time for contract buy out..

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We've perused your account, specifically the invoices dated the 20th of September 2015 & October 2015. We see that you've exceeded your 300MB data bundle on both invoices.
We've requested the itemised billing reports for both invoices and we will send it directly to yourself to scrutinize.
Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
