MTN Sucks
I have airtime on my phone and can't make calls as I get an error message that \I have insufficient airtime to make a call". tries to call 173 for assistance and the voice over is in Xhosa which I don't understand and when I select the option to change the language"

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
The airtime you have available is only to make calls to MTN numbers. You will not be able to make a call off net numbers.
