MTN Sucks

MTN is such a ********** company , I have been calling to cancel my contract since last year and still this isn't done. I got subscribed to a plan I never agreed on and they took my money (different amounts). I'm just trying to leave before I'm blacklisted for something I don't know. I could a write a book about all the nonsense I've been through. So please just cancel for me

I WANT NO UPGRADE , I finished paying my phone that I don't even use anymore years ago. I've been waiting on the line for more than an hour
