MTN sucks

i signed up for a router on the 28th of April and till today on the 14th of May still havent recieved it i payed for it all im waiting for is for it to be delivered so this morning i sent a message via facebook asking when exactly am i getting this thing im told MTN has cancelled my order ive not been contacted in anyway about this but they took my money and have not refunded me
