Mtn sucks

I would give them 0 if I could. We have been trying for 2 months to cancel my father's, who died in December, cell phone contract. We have held the line for up to an hour with no one bothering to answer. Are they in financial trouble and refuse to cancel contracts or are they operating on useless staff? We do not need this added stress after a traumatic death in the family
