Mtn sucks

<div>I have been with mtn for more than a decade now but the service that I have been getting in the past three weeks is disgusting. I put a claim with their insurance and the only thing the will tell you is that your matter is on escalation.

I also tried asking them for an early upgrade as to cover their delay in helping with their back lock but they just put me on hold for more than an hour or send an email with a comment at the bottom rating me as medium priority.

Mtn service sucks.
