MTN Sucker

Unbelievably attrocious service from MTN...Customer Service(Hahaha) an Retentions. The one blaming the other, referring me back and forth. Passing the buck and in turn severely aggravating a customer that been with you for 30 years. Upgraded in Feb 2020 and they decide to only now make the contract active. Cant do anything with a Flexi R60 contract....cant buy Data with it, but in Feb they told me i could purchase Data with it....*** Useless
