Mtn suck

Im trying to cancel my contract with mtn been on hold for more then 1.5hours to cancel it because you cant even cancel you contract at a mtn store how bad can service get amd why do you have stores? This better get canceled today still becuase i will not pay a extra month over your bad customer servive
