MTN Suck BIG time
My Dad cellphone is on a MTN contract. Two weeks ago his phone stopped sending whatsapp messages, bbm and facebook. I have been to MTN at Metlife Plaza in Port Elizabeth. Riaan said he will sort the problem out. Since then nothing has been done. MTN's line is always busy or you get cut off. Why should you stick with a Network who can't supply or help their customers. If this was Vodacom the problem would have been fixed like in yesterday. He also didn't received any data for the last 3 months. MTN will fix it. We are still waiting. We have been buying him data which shows on his phone but there is no service from MTN. Now I ask, what the hell is wrong with MTN? Nobody is fixing anything but the contract goes on and the account get's debited each month. Please help us \hallo Peter". The problem number is ***. Never ever will I direct anybody to join MTN. They suck BIG TIME. POINT"""
