Mtn suck and not in a good way

I have been a MYN customer since 2000. I have 4 MTN contracts and in 22 years not even once was my debit order returned unpaid. Due to the Pandemic and reduced pay i had to go under Debt Review to be able to provide for my family as i am the only bread winner and still MTN was not put under Debt Review and still received their money every month. Today i went in to the MTN store to upgrade only to discover that i cannot upgrade my existing MTN contract as i am under Debt Review. What the hell does it help if you have a contract but you cannot upgrade it and get a new phone. ***** you MTN i will terminate all my contracts on the termination date. You have just lost an MTN customer of 22years thanks to you being a-holes
