MTN suck

I did a upgrade at MTN The Glen branch (Steven) on 13 September and was promised NOTHING will go wrong. Everything went wrong and today I spend from 9am - 12pm on the phone to 135 with 11 consultants and 5 departments later and NO ONE can help me. Pathetic. Even when I wanted to CANCEL the lady could not do it for me> ***
