MTN SUCK

The service has really gone down with MTN. Firstly most of the store do not answer their phones. Then they have so many glitches on their system. Packages advertised in the yellow trader does not appear on the system and also phones that are not correctly uploaded so you are unable to proceed with your upgrade. It's really frustrating. I am actually considering canceling and porting to vodacom. My husband did his upgrade online and received his package with in 3 days.
