MTN suck
<p>I have been trying to find out what my outstanding contract value is for the last 6 weeks with no joy. Ive phoned MTN call centre and asked for my outstanding contract value. So the lady logged a request and said billing will email me. 2 weeks later nothing. So i went onto MTN sp and logged the request myself. The emailed me back and told me what my my balance due was. I emailed the guy back and said that thays not what i want to know and asked him to tell me what the oustanding contract value is. I have had no reply yet. So another 2 weeks later I went into MTN nelspruit absa square and asked the there and uet again they hD to log a request and promised to email me. Its now a week later and nothing yet. I have been retrenched and want to know what the amount is so that i can settle the contract out of my retrenchment package. How do I get any awnsers with service like this?</p>
