I tried purchasing a home data deal from mtn key west and was told it was online only. Conviently "online" called and offered the same deal as advertised. I asked for a additional contract to be added to my existing mtn one. Great, sounds easy enough. Once I recievd the router and additional sim card, My current active number being unusable as it was now registered to the data only contract. I have struggled for 1 week to rectify this problem. The store "key west" tell me to call online as the store can't assist. I call online and either they can't assist, tell me to go in store or hang up. By day 3 I returned the router and all the packaging in order to cancel the contract just so I can get my number back. We'll within the "cool down period". I still don't have My original number and no one seems capable of assisting in this regard, the store blames "online" and has no direct contact for them and "online" is unable to do anything if I manage to get to the right department eventually, they tell me to go in store.
